This role offers plenty of opportunity to grow your skills as a Clinic Office Assistant and expand your knowledge in healthcare!ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the sterilization of instruments for clinic procedures.Responsible for the changeover of frequently used clinical areas and ensures each room is replenished with supplies.Maintains an extensive inventory of supplies and equipment.Communicates effectively and professionally with physicians, administration, supervisors, co-workers, and patients.Manage documents and materials in compliance with HIPAA and biohazard safety standards.Assists in observing patient condition and immediately communicates changes/concerns to Physician or Nurse Lead.Other duties as assignedRequirementsBasic QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalentWillingness and ability to work and travel between all three clinic locationsValid Driver's LicensePreferred QualificationsCertified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certificationCPR Certification1+ year of Nursing Assistant experienceMidwest CultureHere at Midwest ENT, we are committed to respecting every person, acting with integrity, and owning our outlook.
