Receptionist Position

Shook & Stone is looking for a friendly, professional Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our firm. In this role, you will provide excellent customer service and keep our front desk running smoothly, serving as the first point of contact for the visitors, clients, and guests who walk through our doors and call our offices every day.

What You'll Do

• Warmly greet visitors, clients, and guests, creating a positive first impression and directing them to the right person or department.
• Manage incoming calls, screen and forward them appropriately, take accurate messages, and ensure prompt responses to inquiries.
• Answer questions about the firm, its services, and its policies, and help with scheduling appointments and arranging meetings.
• Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries, and assist with drafting or formatting routine documents, letters, and emails.

What We're Looking For

• A genuine passion for customer service and the ability to show empathy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to interact professionally with people at all levels.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• The ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Bilingual in Spanish and fluent in English (preferred).
