Position Overview and Requirements

In the role of Registered Nurse, you will be tasked with providing exceptional, patient-focused care that aligns with departmental needs and state-specific practice standards. Working collaboratively with healthcare providers and the care team, you will deliver tailored, comprehensive, and empathetic care, adhering to established nursing frameworks such as ‘Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage.’ Additionally, you will serve as an advocate for patients, families, and caregivers, embodying our organization’s vision, mission, and values to ensure an exemplary patient experience and favorable clinical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate the patient's condition upon admission and during each scheduled shift, swiftly identifying and reporting any changes in their status.

• Carry out procedures, monitoring, or other tasks as directed by medical providers, ensuring accurate and timely documentation of care in the patient's medical record. Administer prescribed medications, monitor the patient for therapeutic responses, and take appropriate actions in case of any adverse reactions.

• Deliver outstanding care by promptly addressing patient requests, proactively anticipating their needs, and resolving any issues that arise.

• Educate patients, families, and caregivers regarding the patient's medical condition, treatment plans, medications, potential side effects, and follow-up actions, ensuring clarity by simplifying complex medical terms.

Qualifications Needed:

• Active Registered Nurse license

• Associate Degree in Nursing

• A minimum of 1 year of RN experience is required
