Our organization is on the lookout for a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician to become a part of our dedicated team at the BEST Healthcare Center located in Elmont, NY . The Department of Family Medicine was established in April 2011 and includes four residency programs situated at Glen Cove Hospital, Plainview Hospital, Peconic Bay Medical Center, and Phelps Memorial. Our residents receive training at various community health centers and sites, supported by nearly 500 family medicine physicians who provide care in both outpatient and inpatient settings, as well as in administrative and academic capacities. We are committed to caring for patients of all ages across the health continuum.

• Full-time clinical base compensation ranges from $125K to $750K.
• This range is influenced by various factors, including specialty, experience level, quality of care, academic achievements, patient satisfaction, and productivity.
