Travel CVOR Operating Room Registered Nurse - $3,167 per week

Shift: Days Mon - Fri, 4x10s with rotating day off; holiday rotation Call - up to 1 overnight/week and 4 weekends
Weekend Requirements: call schedule; Fri 5p through Mon 6:30a
Submission Requirements:
• minimum of 24 months current/recent operating room experinece Cardiovascular OR / CVOR experience [required]
• circulating / operating room experience [required] --- (80% of experience in Cardiac cases / 20% experience in General cases)
• strong & proficient experience in: Cardiac, vascular, thoracic [REQUIRED] ---
• basic General Surgery circulating experience [REQUIRED] --- (if not assigned to Cardiac cases)
• EPIC electronic medical systems experience within previous 3 years [required]
• Trauma Level I experience [highly preferred]
• trauma level II experience [required]
• No 1st time travelers, must have completed a travel assignment within previous 12 mos.
• Scrub experience needed including open heart scrubbing [REQUIRED]
PROFILE REQUIREMENTS:
• Work history/resume/employment history must have 24 months of current operating room / CVOR experience [required]
• Skills Checklist must be specific to the discipline listed on the job (Operating Room Nurse, scrub/scrubbing) - [required]
• Nursys must state Active Iowa/IA license or compact/Multistate at time of submission - [required] [document]
• Professional Reference/Reference Check - charge/supervisor/nurse manager/director/CNO/COO performance evaluation/reference from within 24 months of today's date [preferred]
• Drivers License [document] [required]
• AHA/Active American Heart Association or ARC/AMERICAN RED CROSS BLS - [required]
