• In-house call -- 7 am to 7 am, 7 - 10 days per month
• 3 - 4 phone consults per 24 hours on average
• Hospital-based neurosurgery call coverage
• Endovascular call only -- no clinic duties
• Ability to take patient from call to OR/IR as needed
• Required: cerebrovascular open and endovascular procedures
• Required: aneurysm clipping and ICP monitor placement
• Preferred: carotid or vertebral artery surgery
