Job Details Job Location: Colchester, CT 06415 Position Type: Full Time Salary Range: $23.00 - $25.00 JOB DESCRIPTION Position: Facilities Associate Dept: Fulfillment/Facilities Reports To: Facilities Manager Primary Duties Responds to Facilities Tracker Emails as prioritized by the Manager. Follow the daily planned tasks/initiatives as assigned by the Manager. Will assist the Mechanic(s) in any projects as needed. Will perform housekeeping duties for warehouses, and as needed Assists in the company wide recycling program Will assist the Mechanic(s), when necessary, in the maintenance schedule for equipment, and repairs and installation of equipment. Make daily or nightly rounds of premises to check for problems or abnormalities, perform building shutdown. EEOC - Know your Rights Qualifications High School and/or Trade School diploma Ability to perform light carpentry, janitorial, preventative maintenance Ability to interpret specifications, convert tables and make calculations Analytical skills to act as a troubleshooter and problem solver Manual dexterity and visual acuity Attention to detail and high personal quality standards Able to successfully handle multiple projects and prioritize Must have a good safety record and continuously exercise good safety habits Must be self-motivated and work independently Key Measurements Must display a "can do" attitude and provide friendly customer service to all internal associates Meets or exceeds productivity expectations Safe working environment with minimal incidents Good preventative maintenance programs with low repair costs Excellent communication with management EEOC - Know your Rights #J-18808-Ljbffr
