Senior Scientist - GMP (HPLC, ELISA)

Senior Scientist position in GMP laboratory environment performing complex analytical testing using HPLC and ELISA methods. Role combines hands-on technical execution with mentorship of junior scientists and contributes to method development, validation, and troubleshooting activities.

Responsibilities

• Independently perform complex routine and non-routine laboratory testing including method development and validation
• Serve as technical escalation resource and hands-on troubleshooter for analytical execution issues
• Develop and maintain subject matter expertise in assigned analytical methods and platforms
• Author and review technical deliverables including methods, protocols, and quality records
• Mentor Scientist I and II staff through direct laboratory involvement and technical guidance

Requirements

• Advanced hands-on expertise in HPLC and/or ELISA analytical techniques
• Strong knowledge of GMP regulations and quality standards in laboratory settings
• Proven ability to independently execute complex laboratory testing and analytical validation
• Experience mentoring and coaching junior laboratory scientists
• US work authorization without sponsorship required
• Ability to pass comprehensive background check and drug screening
