About the Position

TravelNurseSource is working with Malone Healthcare to find a qualified Neuro RN in Madison, Wisconsin, 53701!

• Provide direct patient care in an ICU setting with a Neuro specialty focus
• Work with both ICU and IMC patient populations as needed
• Float to other units as needed based on staffing requirements
• Accurately document patient care and assessments using Epic EMR
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, including telemetry, in accordance with unit protocols
• Pass a required telemetry competency exam prior to start date

• Active RN license required
• BLS certification required - American Heart Association (AHA) only
• ACLS certification required - American Heart Association (AHA) only
• Minimum of two years of acute care inpatient RN experience within the last three years in the ICU specialty
• ICU experience required
• Epic EMR experience required
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible; local candidates will not be considered

• Neurosurgery experience preferred
• Strong cardiac rhythm interpretation skills, including identification of lethal arrhythmias
