Physical Therapist

The Physical Therapist II provides advanced evaluation, treatment, and care planning for patients with complex cardiopulmonary, musculoskeletal, neurological, and sensorimotor conditions. Responsibilities include performing diagnostic assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, monitoring progress, and collaborating with care teams to optimize outcomes. They recommend and train patients on orthotics, assistive devices, and technology, while educating patients and families. The role involves accurate documentation, billing, and supporting quality improvement through professional development, supervision, and mentorship of staff and students. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in physical therapy, a valid MA license, and at least 3 years of licensed PT experience, with pediatric experience preferred.
