MIG Welder Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of MIG welding experience required
  
• Previous manufacturing or production welding experience preferred
  
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and welding specifications
  
• Experience using welding machines, grinders, and pallet jacks
  
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  
• Ability to inspect finished welds and identify defects
  
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  

Key Responsibilities

• Load and unload parts from robotic welding equipment
  
• Repair incomplete or missing welds using MIG welding techniques
  
• Perform final inspections to ensure completed parts meet quality standards
  
• Stack finished products onto pallets using lift-assist equipment when needed
  
• Operate welding equipment, grinders, and pallet jacks safely and efficiently
  
• Report quality concerns or equipment issues to supervisors
  
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  
• Follow all company safety procedures, quality standards, and production requirements
