Dedicated paraprofessionals are needed for a contract position near Rochester, NH, working both one-on-one and in classroom roles. This position runs from September 1, 2026, through June 16, 2027, and follows the school day schedule of 7:10am-2:10pm, totaling 32.5 hours per week with a 30-minute unpaid lunch.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Proven experience working in schools as a paraprofessional or in a similar support capacity
• Ability to assist students individually (1:1) and in classroom settings
• Comfortable adapting to varying needs within different classrooms
• High school diploma required; no additional certifications or higher education needed
• Capable of presenting three completed references before interviewing, including a reference from your most recent manager
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support for students’ academic and social needs in diverse classroom environments
• Implement teacher-directed strategies to foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere
• Assist with transitions, mobility, and daily activities as required by student IEPs or learning plans
• Support classroom management under the guidance of the lead teacher
