Senior Architectural Designer

TYG is partnering with an award-winning design firm that is looking for a Senior Project Designer to join its growing team. This is an opportunity for an experienced interior architect or designer with 8+ years of commercial experience to join a collaborative, design-driven practice. You'll play a key role in guiding projects from concept through construction while collaborating with clients, consultants, and project teams to deliver high-quality interior design solutions. About the role: Lead the design process from concept through construction. Develop creative and practical interior design solutions that meet client objectives and project requirements. Lead client relationships and support successful project delivery. Manage multiple projects, budgets, and timelines. Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative team environment. Develop and coordinate interior architectural drawings and documentation across project phases. Requirements: 8+ years of professional experience in commercial interior design or architecture. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field. Strong knowledge of interior architecture, construction methods, building codes, and industry standards. Proficiency in Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and project management tools. NCIDQ certification or architecture license preferred but not required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
