Onsite | Salt Lake City Direct Hire / Full-Time

HireNow Staffing is actively recruiting multiple seasoned, highly skilled regional/semi-local truck drivers to join one of our valued client partners. HireNow Staffing is acting as a direct placement partner for this CDL driving opportunity.

We are seeking disciplined, safety-focused drivers who can consistently execute multi-state routes while maintaining high performance, compliance, and reliability standards. This role requires flexibility, endurance, and a strong commitment to delivery schedules and safety expectations.

HireNow Disqualifier: Candidates with jumpy or inconsistent work history will not be accepted or interviewed.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate commercial vehicles across multi-state regional routes
• Ensure safe, timely delivery of freight while maintaining compliance with DOT regulations
• Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain accurate logs, route records, and compliance documentation
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and onsite management
• Manage delivery schedules across extended routes with overnight layovers
• Adapt to changing routes, schedules, and operational needs
• Represent the company professionally at all delivery points

Required Qualifications (Highly Important)

• Valid CDL (Commercial Driver's License)
• Minimum 3 months of truck driving experience
• Ability to operate across multiple states and varying road conditions
• Willingness to work SundayFriday schedules (56 days per week)
• Ability to start shifts between 4:00 AM 6:00 AM
• Comfortable working 1012 hour days
• Willingness to complete overnight layovers (23 per week, potentially more based on routes)
• Ability to work holidays as required
• Stable work history with consistent driving experience
• Authorized to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications (Strongly Valued)

• Experience driving across western U.S. regional routes
• Clean driving record with strong safety performance
• Experience with ELD systems and compliance tracking
• Strong time management and route planning ability
• Reliable communication and accountability

• No CDL or lack of required driving experience
• Poor safety record or DOT violations
• Inability to handle overnight layovers
• Unwillingness to work extended schedules or holidays
• Lack of multi-state driving experience

HireNow Package

• Base Salary: $95,000 annually
• Work Location: Onsite in Salt Lake City (multi-state routes)
• Schedule: SundayFriday (typically 56 days/week)
• Start time between 4:00 AM 6:00 AM
• Average 1012-hour workdays
