Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

Position Highlights:

• Outpatient primary care clinic serving employees and their dependents (ages 2+)
• Provide preventive care, biometric screenings, health coaching, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions

Requirements:

• Board-Certified FNP (ANCC or AANP)
• Active Indiana license
• BLS certification (AHA hands-on preferred or willingness to obtain)
• Minimum 2 years of NP experience overall
• Primary care experience within the last 2 years
• DEA and DOT certifications preferred but not required
