Field Sales Representative

Overview Auris is a payroll and HR partner built for small and medium-sized businesses. We provide easy-to-use technology with real human services to support growth and accuracy. This role is part of the Payroll division and involves prospecting, presenting Auris solutions, and closing sales within a fast cycle. Job Summary Responsible for prospecting and delivering Auris Payroll presentations in person and over the phone to small and mid-sized merchants and businesses with the goal of closing deals. As a Senior Product Advisor (SPA), you will report to a Payroll Division Manager and receive coaching from a Territory Manager. Activities include explaining our value proposition via Atlas CRM, upselling other Heartland products and services, and maintaining regular communication with the Payroll Territory Manager (PTM) and/or Payroll Division Manager (PDM). Your role as a SPA is to close sales of our business solutions with merchants in the area. You will work with your local PDM or PTM to set appointments with business owners in person or face to face via your network and referral partnerships. You will then run scheduled appointments, uncover needs, and present Auris solutions to close sales in small to mid-sized businesses. During the training period, your PDM or PTM will accompany you on initial appointments to train you on our short-cycle sales process using Atlas, our tablet-based CRM platform used for lead generation, sales presentations, on-the-spot client financial analysis, and paperless contract processing. After training you will have the opportunity to set your own work schedule to maximize the upside of 100% commission and residuals on the business you bring in. Responsibilities Prospect for new clients Maintain existing and prospective client records in the CRM (Atlas), including call notes, scheduled interactions, contact information, and other relevant client data Achieve minimum production requirements, including setting first-time appointments, to secure a WIN Continuously build knowledge of the product/service portfolio and developments in the financial technology industry Attend weekly team meetings and one-on-one with leadership Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed Minimum Qualifications 18 years of age or older Valid Driver’s License and valid automobile insurance Successful completion of pre-employment background check Must live in area relative to job posting location At least two years of relevant experience Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills Works well independently and as part of a team Incentive-driven sales “hunter” Professional demeanor and impeccable integrity High sense of urgency and innate sales talent Enjoys cold-calling and speaking with people face to face Accountable for measurable, high-quality, timely results Ability to be in the field at least 50% of the time Preferred Qualifications High school diploma/GED Prior experience in a B2B sales role Prior experience with a CRM tool such as Salesforce or HubSpot Competencies Awareness Driven Resilient Respectful Committedness Compensation and Benefits Medical, dental, life, and disability benefits Competitive compensation with uncapped weekly commissions, residuals, and portfolio equity 401(k) with matching; Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) options State-Specific Nevada and Colorado Location and Collaboration Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnerships.
