Responsibilities: Greet and check in patients, ensuring a warm and professional front desk experience Verify dental insurance eligibility and benefits prior to patient appointments Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments using dental practice management software Collect co-pays, process payments, and manage patient billing inquiries Accurately enter and maintain patient demographic and insurance information in the system Communicate insurance coverage details clearly to patients and clinical staff Answer multi-line phones and respond to patient inquiries in a timely, courteous manner Requirements: Prior dental or medical front desk experience is needed Experience with dental insurance verification and benefit coordination Familiarity with dental practice management software (OpenDental) Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Professional, patient-centered attitude with a positive demeanor High school diploma or equivalent required About Us: Compass Dental is a trusted dental care provider serving the Fort Worth, TX community with a commitment to high-quality, compassionate patient care.
