As the  Concierge with Extended Duties for Cascades of Oregon City, you'll assist the Business Office Manager with a number of different tasks including maintaining records, processing accounts receivable/payable and creating a welcoming environment when guests enter the community. In addition to building relationships with our residents and their families, you’ll also be relied upon to help out other departments in variety of different ways.

What we look for in a Concierge with Extended Duties:

• Effective communicator who connects with staff, residents and their families

• Reliable transportation and dependable to show up on time

• Ownership attitude and is able to prioritize and stay focused despite interruptions

• Excellent organizational skills and basic bookkeeping experience

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Quick learner who is able to master the programming of various systems

What you can expect to do as the Concierge with Extended Duties:

• Manage multiple priorities simultaneously

• Assist the BOM with managing, maintaining and processing payroll

• Establish effective relationships with residents, family members and staff

• Oversee resident and employee files

• Assemble and maintain resident and employee files according to company standards and state regulations

• Assist the BOM with processing accounts receivable and payable

• Coordination of medical rides and transportation for residents 

• Greet guests who come to the door and potentially work with sales to make sure everything is in order for an upcoming tour

• Responsible for maintaining incoming calls and delivering messages

• Demonstrate organizational skills around time management

• Ensure that there are adequate brochures and move-in packets ready for tours and admissions

• Promote the mission, values and beliefs of Cascade Living

$21.00 - $23.00/hour
*Depending on Experience
