Outpatient Physical TherapistThis is a 13-week contract position.Shift: 5x8.0The Outpatient Physical Therapist evaluates all assigned patients and develops, implements, and modifies treatment plans based on the patient's needs, goals, and physician direction. The therapist is responsible for delegating and directing all discipline-specific therapy services for assigned patients and designs functional treatment programs aimed at achieving effective return to community activities. This role also involves educating patients, families, students, coworkers, and oneself while demonstrating behaviors and attitudes consistent with the organization's Mission Statement and Core Values.Complete comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients and develop appropriate treatment plans and goals.Document medical records in a clear, concise, accurate, and timely manner, ensuring compliance with state, federal, and organizational guidelines.Participate in the student program by providing a positive learning environment and appropriate supervision.Create an individualized professional development plan and actively pursue professional growth through continuing education and self-study.Adhere to discipline-specific State Practice Act and regulatory requirements to maintain professional licensure.Understand and contribute to organizational performance improvement initiatives.Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.1+ year of outpatient clinical experience.CPR Certification.Active and applicable state licensure for the practice of physical therapy.At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
