Senior Project Manager - Data and AI

As a Senior Project Manager (Data & AI) you can expect to… Manage and perform the following tasks throughout the full lifecycle of small to large Data & AI implementations, including cloud modernization, advanced analytics, and AI adoption programs: Scope, Timeline, and Change Management Resource, Time, and Cost Management Communication / Stakeholder Management Risk and Issue Management Project Tracking, Reporting, and Control Delivery Governance + Executive Steering Release / Deployment Management (including multi-sprint delivery) You will also: Lead project planning activities including statement of work (SOW) alignment, milestone planning, RAID logs, sprint plans, and delivery status reporting Participate in or lead discovery workshops / design sessions to gather requirements and align to desired business outcomes Lead steering committee meetings and facilitate communication across stakeholders, including executive audiences Manage dependencies across client teams, delivery teams, third parties, and Microsoft partners Support and manage project teams, project scope, schedules, risks/issues, and delivery expectations Ensure customer satisfaction and consistent alignment to business value realization Drive delivery excellence by ensuring clarity in roles/responsibilities, ways of working, escalation paths, and project governance You’re great at… Handling multiple projects/tasks simultaneously while maintaining high delivery quality Translating ambiguity into structured plans, crisp decisions, and measurable progress Building relationships with clients, partners, and internal delivery stakeholders Prioritizing tasks and communicating commitments clearly with both clients and delivery teams Driving proactive delivery governance (risk mitigation vs. reactive firefighting) Communicating confidently with technical teams and executive stakeholders Leading teams through change management and adoption (especially with analytics and AI initiatives) Solving complex problems through structured thinking, strong facilitation, and creative solutions Learning new concepts quickly and thoroughly in a fast-moving Data & AI environment Promoting the mission and Shared Values of our company Sound interesting? If so, you’ll have… Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 7+ years of project management experience delivering complex enterprise technology programs Experience managing data, analytics, and/or cloud delivery projects is highly desirable; consulting experience is a plus Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams that include business stakeholders, project delivery professionals, and technical specialists Strong experience with project delivery methodologies, including Agile/Scrum, Hybrid, and Waterfall Proven ability to manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, dependencies, risks, issues, and change controls Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including experience facilitating executive steering committees and client-facing discussions Experience establishing project governance, maintaining delivery documentation, and providing clear status reporting Working knowledge of data governance, privacy, security, and responsible data practices Comfort managing budgets, margin, and commercial delivery, including forecasting, burn rates, and change orders Experience with project management and delivery tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO), Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar PMP certification is highly desirable; equivalent certifications such as PMI-ACP, CSM, or SAFe are a plus The Perks We offer competitive pay with performance-based bonus.
