Warehouse Staff

The Warehouse Staff / Laborer supports Bechtel Medical DME's warehouse operations, including receiving, staging, storing, and shipping durable medical equipment. This role requires forklift experience and the ability to safely and efficiently handle inventory in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate brings a strong safety mindset and prior shipping/receiving experience to help keep equipment moving accurately and on schedule. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Receive, inspect, and stage incoming durable medical equipment and supplies. Operate a forklift to move, load, and store inventory safely and efficiently. Pick, pack, and prepare equipment for shipping and delivery, ensuring accuracy against orders. Maintain organized, clean, and safe warehouse storage areas. Conduct inventory counts and assist with cycle counts as needed. Follow proper safety procedures and protocols in all warehouse activities. Inspect equipment for damage or defects and report issues as needed. Support other warehouse and operational duties as assigned. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Forklift experience required. Prior shipping/receiving experience preferred. Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment and materials, including heavier items, as needed. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout a warehouse environment for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling inventory and orders. Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced warehouse setting. High school diploma or equivalent required. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Prior OSHA training or safety certification preferred. Prior experience in a durable medical equipment (DME) or healthcare-related warehouse preferred.
