Job Description

Assistant Construction Manager

**Pay: **$50k-56k/yr (or more based on experience level)

**Location: **New Kent, VA

Travel: Within an hour and a half of New Kent, VA

**Shift: **Days, Monday-Friday

Qualifications:

Residential Construction experience is required
Minimum of 3 years of Residential Electrical experience
Experienced with Residential Construction Sequence Plan
Ability to problem solve on projects to minimize escalations to regional management
Ability to be client facing and communicate well with clients and staff
Must have a Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
Strong organization and follow-through
