Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Tampa Bay Area for a Concierge & Functional Medicine Physician. The physician will provide comprehensive functional medicine evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and manage chronic and complex conditions through lifestyle, nutritional, and evidence-informed therapeutic interventions. Daily responsibilities include conducting in-depth patient consultations, reviewing diagnostic results, coordinating follow-up care, and maintaining detailed clinical documentation. The role also involves offering concierge-level services such as timely communication, direct patient access, and coordination of appointments and referrals, while collaborating with other healthcare professionals to optimize outcomes. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong concierge services and customer service skills to deliver a high-touch, patient-centered experience. Candidates should possess well-developed receptionist duties and reservations skills for managing scheduling, visits, and patient inquiries efficiently. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills to interact clearly and compassionately with patients, families, and clinical staff. Board certification (e.g., Internal Medicine, Family Medicine) and eligibility for or current unrestricted medical license in Florida. Training or significant experience in functional or integrative medicine, including familiarity with lifestyle and preventive medicine approaches. Ability to work independently in a small practice setting, demonstrate sound clinical judgment, and maintain high ethical and professional standards. Comfort with using electronic health records (EHR) and digital tools to document care and communicate with patients.
