Location: Chantilly, VA (fully on-site, no remote option)

Work Requirements

• The Candidate shall work with users to identify and develop system requirements taking into account the desired results, hardware limitations and operating requirements, identified by the Sponsor.
• The Candidate shall provide operational testing and recommendations for continuous improvement of equipment and software for collection and exploitation.
• The Candidate shall provide coordination across Sponsor's organization and business partners to expedite data sharing, processing and governance activities.
• The Candidate shall analyze new technologies, hardware, and software to determine the applicability and need for the existing or proposed system, to include security, storage, and network technology.
• The Candidate shall interface directly with Sponsor management for requirements for data collection and exploitation.
• The Candidate shall programmatically manage solutions for virtual operations.
• The Contactor shall collect and manage requirements for planning and produce outcomes from virtual operational requirements.
• The Candidate shall provide data assessments and prepare analytical reports from datasets. The Candidate shall collect and exploit profile, content, or metadata information.
• The Candidate shall evaluate data accessible in the public domain, including foreign social media websites and applications from mobile and stationary platforms.
• The Contactor shall assist in planning and managing multiple projects involving the infrastructure and exploitation platforms.
• The Candidate shall assist in the integration of data with existing platforms for correlation and analytical insights.
• The Candidate shall establish strategic objectives based on the Sponsor's vision for the data collection platforms.
• The Candidate shall conduct technical exchange meetings with stakeholders on business and technical requirements.
• The Candidate shall assist to condition, coordinate, collect, and perform data transfer of data sets for integration and analysis.
• The Candidate shall collect, ingest, and exploit large and small dataset collections.
• The Candidate shall provide field technical and operational support for data analysis, and may require some Temporary Duty travel.

Required Skills and Demonstrated Experience

• Demonstrated experience with collection and exploitation of data on social media platforms and mobile apps including domestic and foreign.
• Demonstrated experience architecting, designing, or implementing mission internet systems.
• Demonstrated experience configuring AWS and/or Azure networking, security, logging, routing tables, backup and recovery, shared storage, and baselining images.
• Demonstrated experience implementing cloud-hosted Android emulation solutions.
• Demonstrated experience implementing VPN tunnel configuration between on-premise to cloud as well as cloud to cloud, implementing multi-cloud obfuscation techniques.
• Demonstrated experience conducting and documenting results from infrastructure fingerprinting, and briefing technical review board(s) of identified signature(s).
• Demonstrated experience producing technical design documentation such as architecture and network diagrams for operational use and board approval
• Demonstrated experience analyzing technologies, hardware, and software to determine the applicability and need for the existing or proposed system, to include security, storage, and network technology.

Highly Desired Skills and Demonstrated Experience

• Demonstrated experience triaging and troubleshooting data transfer issues with Enterprise partners.
• Demonstrated experience leading technical teams and briefing non-technical and technical audiences for acquiring review board approvals.
• Demonstrated experience working through entire Sponsor's A&A lifecycle, developing security control responses and implementation, and addressing risk elements with project ISSE personnel for maintaining ATO status.
• Demonstrated experience working with sponsor managers, technical leads, and PMs to identify and develop system requirements taking into account the desired results, hardware limitations and operating requirements, identified by the Sponsor.
• Demonstrated experience assisting in planning and managing projects involving infrastructure and exploitation platforms.
