Nesse papel, você irá:- Atuar na gestão estratégica de uma carteira de ações judiciais passivas de alto volume, acompanhando indicadores, tendências e riscos relacionados aos processos.
- Gerenciar e direcionar escritórios externos parceiros, garantindo alinhamento às estratégias jurídicas e aos padrões de atuação definidos pela companhia.
- Monitorar contingências, teses jurídicas e indicadores de desempenho, identificando oportunidades de melhoria e mitigação de riscos.
- Realizar análises de casos com resultados fora da curva (outliers), investigando causas de condenações relevantes e propondo ações corretivas.
- Elaborar orientações estratégicas para defesa processual, assegurando a correta aplicação das teses jurídicas pelos escritórios parceiros.
- Apoiar a construção de estratégias relacionadas a demandas envolvendo aquisição de carteiras de crédito e contestação de débitos, contribuindo para uma comunicação clara e consistente junto aos stakeholders envolvidos.
- Atuar com visão gerencial sobre a carteira, utilizando dados e indicadores para subsidiar tomadas de decisão e aprimorar a atuação jurídica da área.
- Graduação em Direito e OAB ativa.
- Experiência prévia em contencioso cível de massa, preferencialmente atuando em empresas ou departamentos jurídicos corporativos.
- Vivência na gestão de escritórios terceirizados e acompanhamento de carteiras com alto volume de processos.
- Conhecimento em gestão de contingências, indicadores jurídicos e análise de riscos processuais.
- Perfil analítico, com forte capacidade de interpretação de dados, identificação de desvios e proposição de melhorias.
- Visão gerencial, proatividade e habilidade para atuar de forma estratégica na condução de temas jurídicos complexos.
- Excelente comunicação e capacidade de traduzir temas jurídicos complexos em orientações claras para diferentes públicos.
- Capacidade de atuar em ambiente dinâmico, gerenciando múltiplas demandas e stakeholders simultaneamente.
- Inglês será considerado um diferencial.
