Works closely with physicians, patients, families and hospitals on issues to improve patient care. Serves as educator, liaison and coordinator for the program. Performs other duties as assigned. Job Responsibilities Enhances the quality & effectiveness of nursing practice. Attains knowledge and competency that reflects current nursing practice. Interacts with and contributes to the professional development of peers and colleagues. Collaborates with the patient, family, and others in the conduct of nursing practice. Completes assigned goals. Specifications Experience Minimum Required: 3 years clinical nursing experience in acute care.
