Quality Manager

Quality Manager Salary: $85,000–$105,000 + Benefits On-site Position Relocation assistance is available for an exceptional candidate. Our client is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead the Quality Management System and drive continuous improvement within a growing manufacturing operation. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands‑on quality leader who enjoys solving complex problems, leading audits, partnering with customers, and influencing manufacturing quality from the production floor to the executive team. What You'll Do Lead and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) Manage customer complaints and drive effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) Lead internal, customer, and supplier audits Own PPAP, APQP, First Article Inspections, and customer production approvals Oversee incoming inspection, SPC, metrology, and inspection planning Lead root cause investigations and continuous improvement initiatives Partner with production and engineering to improve quality performance Develop, coach, and mentor the Quality team Maintain compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and customer‑specific requirements Serve as the primary quality resource for customers and internal stakeholders What We're Looking For 5+ years of Quality Management experience in a manufacturing environment Strong working knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 Experience leading PPAP, APQP, SPC, audits, and corrective actions Customer‑facing quality experience Leadership experience managing and developing teamsExcellent communication and problem‑solving skills Experience with metrology and quality measurement systems preferred Why You'll Want to Consider This Opportunity Competitive salary: $85,000–$105,000 Comprehensive benefits package 401(k) with company match Health, Dental, Vision & Life Insurance Paid Time Off Employee Assistance Program Relocation assistance available for the right candidate Opportunity to make a significant impact in a growing manufacturing organization If you're looking for a leadership role where your quality expertise will influence operations, improve customer satisfaction, and drive continuous improvement, we'd love to connect.
