Warehouse Package Handler – Distribution Center Address: 10901 38th St., Kenosha Responsibilities Stand on your feet for the duration of your shift. Lift and handle items up to 100 pounds. Sort, stack, and package items for distribution. Operate scanners and read pick lists, labels, and signage. Follow verbal and written instructions to maintain safety and efficiency. Qualifications & Requirements Must be 18 years of age or older. Capable of working holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed. Ability to work in extreme cold or hot conditions. Reading, writing, and verbal communication in English required. Successfully pass a drug test and background check. Prior warehouse experience preferred, but not required. Benefits & Compensation Starting pay: $22.14/hour (includes a $1.00 2nd‑shift premium). Two pay raises in the first year based on performance. Performance incentives and weekly pay. Profit sharing and 401(k) with company match. Shift: 2nd Shift – 7:50PM until finish (end time varies by case volume). Sunday‑Thursday work week; Friday and Saturday off. 95% of leadership positions are hired from within GFS.
