New Graduate Physical Therapists are encouraged to apply!
A growing outpatient physical therapy practice is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to provide individualized, one-on-one patient care. Unlike many outpatient settings, therapists are not double-booked , allowing you to focus entirely on each patient's recovery and deliver the highest quality care.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide evidence-based physical therapy services
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients on injury prevention and home exercise programs
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare providers
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Requirements
- Licensed or eligible for Physical Therapist licensure
