With over 50 years in business and locations in Orlando, Brandon, and New Port Richey, we continue to grow, and were looking for experienced technicians to grow with us.
We are currently seeking a dependable, skilledHVAC Service Technician to join our Orlando team. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years of HVAC service experience and takes pride in delivering exceptional workmanship and customer service. New construction experience is a plus.
Schedule:
- MondayFriday, 7:00 AM 5:00 PM
- Rotating on-call schedule shared weekly among the service team
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, service, repair, and install HVAC systems
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams
- Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction on every call
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional worksite
- Keep company vehicle clean and organized
- Follow all company safety policies and quality standards
- Arrive on time, work independently when needed, and contribute as a team player
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years HVAC service experience
- Must own required tools for daily service work
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Valid Florida drivers license with a clean driving record (21+ for insurance)
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
