Outpatient Physical Therapist - Float

Brooks Rehabilitation is seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our Outpatient team. You will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment with experts in the field to help facilitate personal and professional growth and provide superior patient care.Location: Our outpatient float team covers our Orlando and surrounding areas in Lake, Seminole, Orange and Osceola counties. You will be assigned to one of the primary service areas where our team will work to place you the majority of the time. We will prioritize hours in your primary area, but there may be times you will be asked to travel. Mileage will be reimbursed.Primary Service areas include:Central/East OrlandoSouth OrlandoCentral/West OrlandoDepartment: Outpatient - Float TeamHours: Flexible M-F; Weekly hours will be established based on the candidate’s preference.Responsibilities:Complete the new patient evaluation, establish customized treatment plans and patient goals, and participate in the implementation of patient care programsDeliver high quality patient care for multiple rehabilitation diagnosesProvide a positive patient experience through patient engagement and progressive treatmentEffectively communicate both verbally and writtenPromote evidence-based patient careQualifications:Current PT license in state of FloridaCurrent hands-on CPR/BLS CertificationKnowledge of federal and state professional requirements #J-18808-Ljbffr Priority Dispatch Corp.
