Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Florida Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS Certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required. Outpatient clinic experience required. Experience treating orthopedic and post-operative patients preferred. Experience with electronic medical records systems preferred.
