Competitive compensation: $13-$25/hour. Actual pay depends on specialty, experience, schedule and job duties.

What You'll Do

Greet and assist patients warmly and professionallyboth in person and over the phone
Schedule appointments accurately while balancing efficiency and patient needs
Manage patient check-in and check-out, ensuring all required information is collected and documented
Route messages and documentation through the electronic medical record (EMR) system
Provide essential administrative support to keep daily operations running smoothly
Safeguard patient privacy and maintain strict confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA standards

Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
Comfort using phones, computers, and scheduling systems
Previous experience in a medical office or healthcare setting preferred
