The Facilities Supervisor is responsible for leading the facilities teams to ensure they are completing repairs of unplanned downtime in a timely and thorough manner. They ensure the team is on time when completing all preventative maintenance tasks. They will facilitate projects to keep the plant running or improve on current equipment. They will ensure they embody the TTM core values and pass those expectations down to their team. Principal Duties and Responsibilities Plan, prioritize, assign, supervise, and review the work of staff members responsible for maintenance and facilities support for TTM Eau Claire. Ensure the team uses the best and safe practices. Monitor work for maximum efficiency, productivity and quality to assure high quality and timely service to all internal customers. Make recommendations for changes and improvements to existing facilities; implement approved changes; and monitor work activities and projects to ensure completion within the established guidelines and procedures. Maintain a safe work environment and inspect facility for potential safety hazards. Ensure that the company complies with and supports all department and corporate policies and procedures, including but not limited to safety, security, environmental issues, building codes and OSHA guidelines. Lead the team to maintain the building and grounds. Ensure all facilities, tools and equipment are maintained in good working order and in a clean, safe condition. Coordinate preventative maintenance for equipment and facilities to assure maximum manufacturing capacity is available to meet business plan. Participate in selection of staff; provide for continuing staff training; develop and set goals, objectives, and procedures in line with company objectives. Provide necessary performance/development documentation. Review programs to train employees in worksite safety practices. Listen to understand internal customer requirements and take prompt, appropriate action that exceeds expectations. Take personal ownership of internal customer issues and follow through to ensure a lasting service impression. Develop customer relationships through collaboration, respect, professionalism, trust and integrity. Order necessary supplies to perform jobs within the department. Job Qualifications 5 years of facilities/maintenance experience in a manufacturing facility or associate’s degree in Facilities Maintenance Technology. 2+ years of experience supervising others; leadership ability and team building skills are needed to effectively supervise staff. Ability to assign and delegate work, problem solve and evaluate performance. Ability to communicate and interface with departments to resolve problems. Excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and oral communication skills. Ability to perform under pressure and time constraints while using good judgment. Ability to perform complex inspections and assist others with inspection issues. Ability to implement process improvements and cost reduction initiatives. Proficiency with MS Office Products (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, etc.). Compensation and Benefits TTM offers a variety of health and well‑being benefit programs. Compensation for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, TTM provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in New York, California and Colorado. For California‑based roles, compensation ranges are based upon specific physical locations. This includes, but is not limited to: a) being able to identify ITAR product on the manufacturing floor and understand that access to these products and related technical data is restricted to only US citizens and US permanent residents; b) recognition of foreign person visitors by badge differentiation; c) understanding and following authorization procedures for bringing foreign visitors into facilities (VAL); d) understanding the export and ITAR requirements for shipments leaving the US; e) managing vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services.
