Staff Accountant

LHH Recruitment is working with one of our clients in the looking to fill a Staff Accountant job for the corporate office located in Fremont, CA. This is 100% in-office. The ideal candidate should have 3 years of experience as an Accountant. The job will assist with the month-end close, handle month-end adjustments, bank reconciliations, journal entries, credit card reconciliations, accounts payable, audit preparation, and assist with other projects as assigned.


Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- Solid knowledge of accounting knowing your debits and credits
- Strong with reconciliations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel able to do pivot table and vlookups
- Software experience with a medium to large ERP is preferred. NetSuite experience is a big plus
- Able to work independently, reliable, and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail, quick to learn, and a problem-solver
- Strong communications (written & verbal)
