Restaurant Bartender

Job Description

Join our fine dining restaurant as a Restaurant Bartender, where you will craft exceptional drinks and provide exemplary customer service in a dynamic, large team environment. This role offers flexible scheduling to meet peak hours and special events, with opportunities for advancement into management or specialist positions such as sommelier or mixologist.

Responsibilities

Prepare a variety of drinks applying expert mixology skills
Deliver attentive and friendly customer service to enhance guest experience
Manage bar inventory to ensure adequate stock levels
Handle cash transactions accurately and securely
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
Take and fulfill drink orders efficiently
Replenish stock to maintain smooth bar operations
Collaborate with a large team to support overall restaurant service

Preferred Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of bartending experience
Responsible Beverage Service Certification
Advanced mixology and customer service skills
Experience with cash handling and inventory management
Familiarity with POS systems
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Attention to detail supporting quality and consistency
