Operations Manager (International)

Oversee the daily operations of all international offices and facilities. Develop and implement strategies to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and reduce costs. Ensure consistent delivery of products/services in line with company standards and customer expectations across multiple international markets. Lead and manage cross-functional teams across various countries and regions, including local operations, supply chain, and customer service teams. Ensure alignment between international teams and headquarters through effective communication, collaboration, and regular performance reviews. Foster a culture of teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement within global teams. Strategy & Process Improvement : Develop, implement, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for international operations. Identify and address operational challenges, including supply chain issues, local regulatory compliance, and logistical barriers. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes, reduce operational bottlenecks, and enhance service delivery. Client and Partner Relations : Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, partners, and stakeholders to ensure long‑term business success. Act as the primary point of contact for international clients, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction. Negotiate contracts and manage key vendor relationships to optimize the company’s global supply chain and service delivery. Budget & Financial Management : Manage the international operations budget, ensuring cost control and resource optimization. Forecast operational costs and resource needs for international markets, providing financial reports to senior management. Collaborate with finance teams to ensure efficient allocation of resources across global projects. Regulatory & Compliance Oversight : Ensure compliance with local regulations, international trade laws, and industry standards in each market. Collaborate with legal teams to manage international contracts, licensing, and permits. Stay updated on changes in international regulations and assess their impact on business operations. Project Management : Lead international projects, from inception to execution, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Coordinate with global teams to ensure the successful implementation of new initiatives, product launches, or operational expansions. Reporting & Data Analysis : Analyze international operations data to track performance, identify trends, and implement corrective actions. Provide regular reports to senior leadership regarding international operations performance, challenges, and opportunities. Travel & Regional Presence : Travel to international markets as necessary to oversee operations, meet with clients/partners, and support local teams. Represent the company at international conferences, trade shows, and industry events. Job Context We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Operations Manager (International) to oversee and manage our global operations. Educational Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, International Business, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred. Experience Requirements Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in operations management, with at least 3-5 years in an international or multi-regional capacity. Proven experience in managing teams across multiple countries and regions. Strong background in supply chain management, process improvement, and financial oversight.
