Job Description

Delivery Driver
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Delivery Driver for a company based in Decatur, AL. In this role, you will have the opportunity to join a growing team, earn competitive pay, and build a rewarding long-term career.

Pay Rate
$15.00 per hour or more based on experience.

Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, 7 30 am to 4 30 pm overtime as needed

Delivery Driver Duties and Responsibilities

Review delivery orders and verify items before departure.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections on all assigned vehicles and equipment.
Load, transport, and deliver products to customers in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate delivery of paperwork and documentation.
Plan and follow the most efficient delivery routes.

Delivery Driver Qualifications and Requirements

Valid driver’s license is required.
Knowledge of local roads, routes, and traffic regulation.
Clean MVR, accident-free driving history.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
