Dessert Holdings is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join our team based in Humble, TX. The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for driving functional problem solving, innovations and process improvement of assets, processes, and technology. You will provide support and expertise for asset management, to ensure machine availability, reliability, and performance by executing the maintenance plan.Your Day-to-DaySupervise a team of Electricians and Mechanics that are responsible for the execution of the Maintenance plan.Provide leadership and support to the operation line teams and participate in their team/area Daily Direction Setting meeting.Support standard work practices for breakdown elimination and ensure action items are implemented.Create a schedule to ensure alignment of resources to reduce Mean Time To Repair (MTTR), while managing overtime and vacation coverage for the team.Conduct team member performance appraisals.Coach and teach technicians maintenance standards and continuously identify opportunities to improve standards to drive out losses.Maintain a safe and secure work environment, including correcting unsafe acts and conditions.Ensure all maintenance activities are tracked and documented within the CMMS.Actively coach for Autonomous Maintenance within the operations team.Operate within the Quality Management System and SQF, HACCP, and GMP practices which help ensure employee safety within the workplace and the production of safe and quality products.What You Bring to the TeamAt least 7+ years of Industrial Mechanical experience; at least a two-year technical degree is preferredPrior experience with leading and supervising a teamFundamental understanding of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic schematics, HVAC and mechanical drawings to solve problems in a timely manner at the component level on all assigned equipmentMust be able to troubleshoot and repair semi complex mechanical machinery to include pumps, fans, ovens, control valves, pneumatic controls, and hydraulic systemsMust have experience with Fanuc, ABB Robotics troubleshooting and adjustmentsExperience with Rigging and lifting of mechanical equipmentUnderstanding and experience with Ammonia and Freezer systemsSolid computer skills, including experience working with a CMMS and proficiency in MS OfficeMust be able to actively participate in maintenance activities on the production floor, including using hands and fingers to reach and handle objects, stand, stoop, kneel, and bend, as well as lift up to 50 poundsMust be able to read, write and speak EnglishMust have Forklift License or obtain within 30 daysMust be willing to be flexible with schedule, including working overtime to include weekends, if necessaryAbout Dessert HoldingsDessert Holdings is North America's fastest-growing premium dessert company, bringing unparalleled dessert experiences to both retail and foodservice customers.
