HVAC Technician for an Apartment Community

Maintenance TechnicianInterSolutions is hiring Apartment HVAC Technicians for apartment communities. Primary responsibilities include accurately completing service tickets and log all assigned work orders in a timely manner, managing vacant apartments, preparing them for leasing and ensuring they are ready for new residents, maintaining the grounds by keeping them free of debris and trash, providing excellent customer service to residents, and performing repairs, installations, services, and replacements in a professional manner, meeting industry standards for the apartment community.Requirements include HVAC/EPA experience required; certification is a plus, general knowledge of maintenance repair and service, apartment maintenance experience preferred, ability to lift 40 pounds and climb ladders, strong written and verbal communication skills, and ability to work weekends as required.InterSolutions is a leading staffing provider to the Property Management industry.
