Lead Guest Service Associate - Sales & Guest Experience (Bothell)

Job Details Job Location: 22833 Bothell Everett Hwy Suite 141, Bothell, WA - Bothell, WA 98021 Salary Range: $18.13 - $18.75 Hourly Full-Time & Part-Time Hourly + Sales Bonuses Work Location: In person Key Responsibilities Assist in training Guest Service Associates. Greet guests and create a welcoming, high-energy environment. Promote additional services, new products/promotions, sell wax passes and rebook guests to meet sales goals. Educate guests on our exclusive product line. Manage front-desk operations, including, but not limited to, check ins, check outs, reservation scheduling, confirmation calls, cash handling, and inventory control. Maintain a clean, professional, and organized center appearance. Be a model for your peers, striving to lead others to their full potential.
