This position is located in Salem, IN. We are immediately hiring Automotive Manufacturing Associates! Now offering a $1.00/hour pay increase at 45 days and at 90 days! Shifts:

• 2nd Shift: $16.05 an hour (increasing to $18.05 after 90 days)
• 3rd Shift: $15.85 an hour (increasing to $17.85 after 90 days)

Duties:

• Keep machine and work area clean and organized meet or exceed department safety goals.
• Read and interpret standardized work / process plans.
• Meet or exceed daily production goal / schedule rework, scrap, and non-conforming material process-as required.
• Comply with assigned work schedule.
• Meet or exceed Cell and Department quality and Plant goals.

Position Requirements:

• 6 months manufacturing or warehouse experience required
• Machine operator experience
• Stand for shift duration
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Able to lift 50 pounds
• Required education: HS Diploma or GED

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $15.85 - $18.05 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
