Opening: Nursing Manager

Location: Anchorage, AK

Pay: $112,000–$122,000 annually

Opti Staffing Group is partnering with a respected oncology healthcare organization seeking an experienced Nursing Manager to oversee oncology nursing services across both the Anchorage and Mat-Su Valley clinic locations.

This leadership role is responsible for supporting nursing staff, improving department operations, overseeing quality assurance initiatives, and helping ensure exceptional patient care within a collaborative oncology environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support RNs and CMAs across multiple clinic locations

• Oversee nursing operations, workflows, scheduling, and department processes

• Support quality assurance initiatives and process improvements

• Partner with physicians and leadership teams to support patient care and clinic operations

• Assist with staff development, coaching, training, and performance management

• Participate in patient education initiatives and supportive care programs

Requirements:

• Active Alaska RN license

• Associate Degree in Nursing required (BSN preferred)

• BLS, ACLS, and Moderate Sedation certifications required

• Oncology certification or ability to obtain within two years

• Previous RN experience in a specialty clinic environment

• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
