JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative Manufacturing Engineer to optimize production processes, improve efficiency, and ensure product quality. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing systems, lean principles, and continuous improvement methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Analyze production workflows and identify areas for improvement.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality, Maintenance, and Production.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.
• Support new product introductions and ensure manufacturability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues in real-time.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.

Education and Qualifications:

•College degree preferred but not required.

•2+ years' experience in manufacturing.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
• Experience in design, appliance industry, or sheet metal.
• CAD drawing experience.
• Experience with ERP systems and manufacturing data analysis.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
