Previous experience in clinical, long-term care, or laboratory settings is preferred to ensure familiarity with best practices. A keen attention to detail and the ability to work independently are essential for maintaining accuracy in diagnostic procedures. Flexibility is key, as the role requires adaptability based on facility needs.Strong interpersonal and communication skills will enable effective collaboration with nursing staff and interaction with patients.
