Administrative Resident

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Summary The Administrative Resident collaborates closely with the Office of the President’s Chief of Staff on both ongoing initiatives and newly developed projects. This role is designed to provide a comprehensive 6–7 month learning experience within an academic medical and healthcare environment. In addition, the Administrative Resident partners with various departments across the organization to gain broad exposure and support special projects aligned with organizational priorities. This position is offered in collaboration with Baylor University. Job Duties Under supervision, incumbents actively participate in projects, meet with organization leaders and learn organizational skills. Minimum Qualifications Pursuing a Master's degree.
