Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' needs, gathering pertinent information via phone and in-person consultations. \n
- Provide crisis intervention services, stabilizing clients during critical moments and offering empathetic support. \n
- Plan and implement treatment strategies based on individual assessments, ensuring a holistic approach to client care. \n
- Facilitate access to supportive services by contacting and referring clients to appropriate agencies and community resources. \n
- Document all client interactions accurately, maintaining thorough records that are essential for ongoing case management. \n
- Actively participate in training and staff meetings, contributing to a culture of learning and professional excellence. \n
- Monitor clients for potential signs of child abuse, intervening when necessary to ensure the safety and wellbeing of vulnerable populations. \n
- Encourage clients to engage in therapeutic and beneficial activities that support their overall well-being. \n
Your primary focus will be on working with clients suffering from a range of issues including mental health disorders, domestic violence, and the repercussions of substance abuse. - A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is mandatory. \n
- A valid and active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) designation is required. \n

- Experience in maintaining comprehensive records and preparing necessary documentation for case management. \n
- Possession of a valid driver's license for travel to community meetings or client homes as needed. \n
The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and skill level.
