Job Type: Full Time Location: Sarasota, FL Schedule: 8am - 5pm Patient Volume: 20-30 Patients Age groups of patients: Adults

Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated RN Clinical Coordinator to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating assigned patients while providing clinical and administrative support to ensure high-quality patient care. This role also coordinates patient services, supports nursing staff, assists with care planning, and ensures compliance with clinical standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer nursing care to ill, injured, or disabled patients.
• Diagnose and establish individualized patient treatment plans.
• Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior.
• Communicate with collaborating physicians and specialists regarding patient care.
• Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention strategies.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Licensed RN/APRN required.
• Previous experience in nursing or other medical fields.
• LEAD mentality is a must.
• Experience in long-term care and home health preferred.
• Familiarity with medical software and equipment.
