Data Entry Clerk

Data Entry ClerkIron Mountain is hiring a Data Entry Clerk. Employment Structure is $16.32/Hour. Schedule is full-time, Monday-Friday.Responsibilities include identifying the type of form, applying the appropriate business rule, prepping and scanning documents, quality control of digital images, data entry, following production procedures, completing internal documentation and tracking, indexing key data into multiple software applications, printing document control sheets for all records, adhering to imaging center guidelines, and other duties specified by your supervisor/manager.Requirements include familiarity with PC and other computer-related products, data entry speed of equal to or greater than 40 wpm/8,000KPH, proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English, tolerating change and long durations of project assignments, working independently with minimal supervision, minimum business expertise, communicating with imaging center personnel, high school graduate, ability to remove staples, sort, file and box records, understanding the importance of detail and accuracy, ability to work at a sustained pace to meet production rates while producing quality work, ability to lift up to 40lbs, willingness and ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance, and completion of a pre-employment drug screen and background check.What We Offer includes a rate starting at $16.32/hr. (+$0.50/hr. for 2nd shift), eligible for SCA Pay of up to an additional $4.57/hr.
