IT Support Analyst

Salary: $71,760 - 79,040 per year Requirements:

• We prefer a bachelors degree in computer science or a closely related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• We require at least 2 years of experience in a help desk, IT support, or similar customer-facing technical role.
• We look for a solid understanding of IT service management concepts.
• We value a strong customer service mindset and the ability to follow documented procedures.
• We expect excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; German, Portuguese, or Spanish is a plus.
• We want someone who collaborates effectively and communicates clearly with colleagues and leadership in a team-oriented environment.
• We need a general grasp of networking fundamentals such as DNS, DHCP, and basic troubleshooting beyond end-user connectivity issues.
• We seek strong analytical and problem-solving ability at a moderate level of complexity.
• We require the ability to travel and work in Valencia and Burbank.
• ITIL 4 Foundation certification is preferred.
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals (MS-900) is preferred.

• We triage, categorize, and resolve tickets in Freshservice, escalating more complex issues to Level 2 or Level 3 support with clear documentation.
• We manage user access requests and account lifecycle tasks in IAM tools and Active Directory/Entra, including provisioning, deprovisioning, group membership, and permissions.
• We handle password resets, MFA support, and MDM device enrollment and ongoing administration.
• We provision and troubleshoot common business applications using established procedures.
• We diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues for end-user devices, including basic setup and driver troubleshooting.
• We coordinate vendor support or replacement when needed for device-related issues.
• We maintain distribution lists and shared mailbox access based on standard requests.
• We work within our IT standards, processes, and policies while keeping ticket records accurate and contributing to knowledge base content.
• We provide front-line customer service and set clear expectations with users about timelines and escalation status.
• We work independently on routine requests while partnering closely with higher-level support on escalated cases.
• We support our Valencia and Burbank offices.
• We provide remote support for our sites in Georgia and Massachusetts.
• We collaborate with colleagues across California, Brazil, Argentina, and Germany.
